Dr. Abbas Hassanpour was born in 1356 in Janat district of Darab city. He continued his high school education after passing middle school in Darab city and participating in the entrance exam of model high schools in Shahid Dr. Beheshti model high school in Shiraz. He earned the title of first rank throughout his high school years and obtained his diploma in 1374.
In 1374, Dr. Abbas Hasanpour was accepted as a medical student at Jahrom University of Medical Sciences and was selected as the best student in the entire course, which was shared between Shiraz and Jahrom, and also in the comprehensive exam.
Immediately after completing the general medicine course and after participating in the residency exam, he entered the field of kidney and urinary tract surgery (urology) at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. During these years, Dr. Abbas Hasanpour was recognized as the best assistant in his field.
Also, after the assistantship period, Dr. Abbas Hasanpour got the top rank in the European specialized board in 2006, in which, in addition to Iran, 28 European countries participated.
