🔹 A legal agreement ensures that the child’s birth certificate is registered under the biological parents.
🔹 The surrogate mother undergoes medical preparation for pregnancy.
🔹 The fertilized embryo (IVF) is transferred to the surrogate’s uterus.
🔹 Regular medical check-ups and prenatal care continue throughout the pregnancy.
🔹 After birth, the child is registered under the intended parents’ names.
