Blood samples were obtained by venipuncture and the sera extracted by centrifuge<\/p><p><strong class=\"sub-title\">Objective:\u00a0<\/strong>To evaluate the effects of laparoscopic cystectomy on ovarian reserve in patients with endometriomas.<\/p><p><strong class=\"sub-title\">Design:\u00a0<\/strong>Prospective study.<\/p><p><strong class=\"sub-title\">Setting:\u00a0<\/strong>Private and university hospitals.<\/p><p><strong class=\"sub-title\">Patient(s):\u00a0<\/strong>A total of 193 patients with endometriomas undergoing laparoscopic cyctectomy.<\/p><p><strong class=\"sub-title\">Intervention(s):\u00a0<\/strong>Serum levels of antim\u00fcllerian hormone (AMH), FSH, and E\u2082, as well as antral follicle count (AFC) were measured preoperatively and 1 week,
