cancer<\/p>\n<p>genetics and expression analysis of cancer testis genes in breast cancer, prostate cancer and<\/p>\n<p>thyroid cancer and also, I am very interested in PGD (Pre implantation Genetic Diagnosis) in<\/p>\n<p>Chromosomal disorders and single gene disorders like thalassemia and hearing loss. As I am<\/p>\n<p>head of the Stem Cell Technology Research Center, I am experienced in isolation,<\/p>\n<p>characterization and differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and their role in regenerative<\/p>\n<p>medicine. I am also director of Cytogenetic lab in Medical\u00a0 Genetics Comprehensive Center in\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">Shiraz. This center is the greatest genetic center in southern Iran and performs various types of\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">genetic tests such as karyotype on peripheral blood, amniotic fluid and CVS, FISH test, QF PCR,<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0PCR sequencing, NGS and NIPT data analysis and interpretation, PGD, PND and maternal\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">serum screening.
