One of the problems faced by more than three million Iranian couples these days is infertility, which threatens the foundation of some families. This is despite the fact that one of the ways to treat infertility is to use surrogacy, which is done in two ways.
The first method, which is called artificial insemination, involves injecting a man’s sperm and a woman’s own egg outside the fertile womb, and because of the woman’s inability to conceive, it is injected into the womb of another woman.
The second method is to inject a man’s sperm into the uterus of another woman and use another woman’s egg so that he can have a child in this way.
Islamic law of surrogacy

What is used in the usual medical methods for donating embryos or gametes is the first method of artificial insemination, the law of which was approved by the Islamic Council on 29 July 2012 with 5 articles and approved by the Council on 8 August 2013 The guardian and its by-laws were approved by the government board on March 19, 2013, and a license was issued to raise a child born from the cell of a religious mother and father in the womb of another person, in return for receiving a fee.
