She graduated with a degree in General Medicine from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences (2004–2011).

Due to her high academic performance and outstanding ranking during her general medical studies, she was directly admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2012. She completed her specialty training in 2016.

After achieving an excellent rank in the specialty board examination, she began her three-year compulsory service at the newly established Khatam Al-Anbiya Hospital in Khafr, where she established the hospital’s Obstetrics and Gynecology Department and operating room.

During her service, Dr. Elnaz Fathi established all specialized and subspecialized gynecological surgical procedures at the hospital. In recognition of her outstanding dedication and efforts, she was commended on the official website of the Ministry of Health.

Due to her passion and perseverance, she voluntarily completed an advanced ultrasonography course at Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2019, under the supervision of subspecialists in infertility and fetal medicine. Since then, she has continued her professional practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Shiraz. Since 2022, she has been working at Samar Infertility Center, providing care and services to expectant mothers and women’s health patients.
