  Pelvic floor muscles play a key role in natural childbirth. Performing Kegel exercises daily strengthens the pelvic floor muscles and makes childbirth easier. Kegel exercises are also very helpful in physiological childbirth.

It strengthens the muscles of the body and by practicing concentration, it helps the pregnant mother to reduce stress and increase the sense of relaxation

Dos and don’ts of exercise during pregnancy
It is true that exercising during pregnancy is very useful for the mother and fetus, but sometimes exercising during pregnancy is prohibited, and due to the sensitivity and special conditions of this period, be sure to consult your doctor before you start exercising during pregnancy. In some situations, your doctor may prohibit or restrict exercise during pregnancy.

If you have been exercising before, you can do the exercises allowed during pregnancy with less intensity. But if you just want to start exercising, it is better to start with simple and short exercises.
If during exercise you experience uterine contractions, dizziness and pressure drop, heart palpitations and shortness of breath, vaginal bleeding, etc., stop exercising and discuss your problem with your doctor.
   Unauthorized sports during pregnancy:
In general, heavy activity and exercise is not recommended during pregnancy: 
Mountaineering, skiing, martial arts, diving, basketball and volleyball
  Note that diving in the water is prohibited during pregnancy
